Benefits of Massage Therapy

Massage Therapy is about giving your body the opportunity to be taken care of by someone with experience.  There are many and varied reasons so if you’ve been injured or you suffer back, neck or shoulder pain using sports massage or deep tissue massage to help the body to heal. Maybe your hips and lower back are always in pain from intervertebral disc damage or spine damage.  Maybe you need a relaxation massage or to simply unwind and we can use aromatherapy and hot stones to relax and let the pampering and attention start there.
