To care about yourself and trust in acknowledging yourself especially when there’s an injury or a trauma or a breakup I encourage corporate clients to slow down and focus on how much more they can give if they give themselves some time to relax.
I’m a speaker and podcast guest. I'm a massage therapist and talk to people about the importance of regular massage to support body, mind & soul. I’ve run workshops with 25 plus people. It was fun and we built relationships and made a circle and a massage train giving everyone hands-on experience. I’m also an author with chapters in 4 multi author books filled with inspiration and insight And I’ve also published a children’s book.
